Scope of Work

Services are limited to those outlined in the approved proposal or invoice. Any work outside the agreed scope requires a revised fee. Site visits, coordination, or procurement are included only if explicitly stated.

Consultations provide professional advice and guidance only and do not constitute a complete interior design service. No drawings, visualisations, or execution-ready documentation are included unless explicitly stated.

Any additional services, add-ons, or upgrades requested beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately and require written approval before commencement.

Contractors & Execution

The designer is not responsible for construction methods, workmanship, or supplier performance. Final execution and site verification remain the client’s responsibility.

For custom furniture design, EMA Interiors provides design intent and drawings only. Manufacturing quality, tolerances, and installation remain the responsibility of the selected maker or contractor.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate information and approving deliverables within agreed timeframes. Delayed feedback may impact the project schedule.

Fees & Payments

All fees are listed in EUR and are exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. Applicable VAT will be added to invoices in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia and, where applicable, relevant European Union VAT legislation.

Work begins after receipt of payment as outlined in the invoice. Late payments may result in paused services.

EMA Interiors reserves the right to issue invoices electronically. The client is responsible for providing accurate billing information, including VAT registration details where applicable.
