Terms & Conditions
Scope of Work
Services are limited to those outlined in the approved proposal or invoice. Any work outside the agreed scope requires a revised fee. Site visits, coordination, or procurement are included only if explicitly stated.
Consultations provide professional advice and guidance only and do not constitute a complete interior design service. No drawings, visualisations, or execution-ready documentation are included unless explicitly stated.
Any additional services, add-ons, or upgrades requested beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately and require written approval before commencement.
Contractors & Execution
The designer is not responsible for construction methods, workmanship, or supplier performance. Final execution and site verification remain the client’s responsibility.
For custom furniture design, EMA Interiors provides design intent and drawings only. Manufacturing quality, tolerances, and installation remain the responsibility of the selected maker or contractor.
Timeline
Project timelines are estimates and depend on timely client feedback. Delays caused by late responses, revisions, or third parties are not the responsibility of the designer.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information and approving deliverables within agreed timeframes. Delayed feedback may impact the project schedule.
Fees & Payments
All fees are listed in EUR and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Work begins after receipt of payment as outlined in the invoice. Late payments may result in paused services.
Deliverables & Usage
Deliverables are provided as specified and are for use on the agreed project only. Designs may not be reused, transferred, or reproduced without written consent.
3D visualisations are representational only and intended to illustrate design intent. They are not construction drawings and may differ from final execution due to materials, lighting, or contractor interpretation.
Deliverables are provided in digital format unless otherwise agreed. Editable source files are not included unless explicitly stated.
Revisions
Included revision rounds are specified per service. Additional revisions or major changes to approved concepts are charged separately and may be treated as new scope.
Acceptance
Payment and/or project commencement constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Cancellation
Projects may be terminated in writing. Fees for completed work are non-refundable, and all work completed up to termination will be invoiced.
Intellectual Property
All design materials remain the intellectual property of EMA Interiors. The designer may use completed projects for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
